RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Senior Applications Support and Training Specialist to join our team. JOB SUMMARY: Provides advanced level of support and training for CDI's core IT applications to internal and external end users. Acts as a subject matter expert for Radiologic Information Systems (RIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, as well as their supporting applications. Works directly with vendors, developers and product owners to enhance the end user experience. Full-time remote; Monday thru Friday during business hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing The Experience (40%) Operations Support Administers RIS, EMR and auxiliary applications Creates workflow documentation and provides training and support for internally developed applications Acts as a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Support Team in troubleshooting application-specific issues Applies knowledge of market-specific workflows in order to support and recommend improvements to existing workflows based on system capabilities Works closely with manager to develop operating standards, protocol, policies and procedures for systems Works closely with various IT departments to optimize applications for optimal workflow Drives the compilation and analysis of data for market users as needed in partnership with IT Applications Developers and IT Intelligence (35%) Project Management Leads pilot projects independently and evaluates the potential benefit to broader stakeholders Drives deliverables and meets deadlines on various projects in partnership with Business Analysts and Product Managers Collaborates with Product Managers and/or the Development Team to develop enhancements and product efficiencies Partners with Manager to perform QA duties for system upgrades and implementations, ensuring successful product roll-outs Identifies business requirements for various internally developed applications in partnership with the Business Analysts and Product Mangers (20%) System Implementation and Training Leading the design efforts of the training program for core applications and their periodic review process Provides large-group user training via the internet and live in-person settings on various system applications during new product implementations, upgrades and/or new center implementations Performs new customer installations and upgrades of clinical software Functions as the point of contact in the field for client inquiries concerning systems operation during system implementations Diagnoses and troubleshoots system hardware, software and operator problems during system implementations Acts as the Operations Support project liaison and subject matter expert on assigned implementation projects, providing recommendations and decisions to the larger implementation team (5%) Completes other tasks and projects as assigned SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Associate's degree in an Information Technology or health-care related field; or Advanced working knowledge of CDI's core systems (e.g. Fusion RIS, InstaMed, or physician portals) and internal processes 5+ years of Helpdesk/ Phone/ Customer Service experience in a technical support or healthcare environment 2+ years of experience with system implementation and training 2+ years of experience administering applications 2+ years of experience developing and executing QA test plans 2+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance Preferred: Bachelor's degree Experience using project management software RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and super or service to referring providers and patients.
