About CRM Administrator

  We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a HubSpot CRM Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system to support our sales and marketing processes. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  Compensation: $50,000- $70,000

    Key Duties and Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                       

  Configuration and Customization:

  Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM system to align with our sales and marketing workflows.

  Implement and manage custom fields, workflows, and automation processes to enhance system efficiency.

  Data Management:

  Oversee data integrity and cleanliness within the CRM system.

  Import, export, and update data as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  Implement data hygiene best practices to maintain high-quality data.

  Integration and Collaboration:

  Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant teams to understand their CRM requirements.

  Integrate HubSpot CRM with other business systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow.

  Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with IT and external vendors.

  User Training and Support:

  Provide training to users on HubSpot CRM functionalities and best practices.

  Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support requests.

  Create and maintain documentation for CRM processes and procedures.

  Reporting and Analytics:

  Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance.

  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

  Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities                                                                                                                                 

  Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role.

  In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including configuration, customization, and automation.

  Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how they relate to CRM functionality.

  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  Effective communication skills and the ability to train and support end-users.

  Preferred Skills:

  HubSpot CRM certification.

  Experience with CRM data migrations and system upgrades.

  Familiarity with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub.

  Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.

  Education                                                                                                                                                                                               

    BS in Marketing or equivalent experience

    Physical requirements/Working conditions                                                                                                                                  

  Primarily working in a basic office environment: ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 15 lbs. Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.  

    OTHER                                                                                                                                                                                                    

  Subject to Criminal background check and being able to get bonded by an acceptable surety company.
