The Team

　　We are seeking a Tax Sr Analyst to join American Tower’s Corporate Tax organization. The Tax Sr Analyst is involved in preparing the tax provision and compliance, fixed asset reconciliations, estimated tax payments, and other tax-related projects.

　　What You Need to Succeed

　　Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

　　Master’s in Taxation preferred.

　　Between 2–3 years’ tax experience in either a large public accounting or corporate environment preferred.

　　CPA preferred.

　　Between 2–3 years’ tax experience in either a large public accounting or corporate environment preferred.

　　Experience with tax provision and federal and state income tax compliance issues preferred.

　　Experience with OneSource tax software, online research tools, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

　　Able to learn new tools and technologies for process and system improvements.

　　Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs.

　　Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

　　Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

　　Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

　　What You Can Offer Us

　　Prepare federal (Forms 1120-REIT, 1120, and 1065), state and local income tax returns, which includes gathering data and preparing workpapers, income tax estimates, and extension calculations.

　　Assist with preparing the ASC740 quarterly and annual tax provisions.

　　Assist with tax technology and process and system improvement initiatives.

　　Assist with responding to inquiries from tax authorities in connection to tax audits and notices.

　　Assist with taxable income calculations and long-term forecasts.

　　Review tax depreciation.

　　Other duties as assigned.
