PRIMARY FUNCTION Thisposition will be partnered with a seasoned sales professional. It willassist with defining and implementing a structured prospecting processfor new business opportunities. Once an opportunity is identified theSales Associate and primary salesperson will meet with the client tounderstand their business issues, to identify key buying influences, andto understand the business results they are striving to achieve. TheSales Associate participates in \"Strategic Selling Blue Print\" processwith internal team members to develop and implement sales strategies andtactics. Selling activities include offering insightful andthought-provoking knowledge of workspace trends and promoting productand service solutions to differentiate Atmosphere from our competitors.Presentations to clients must be clear and precise delivering onAtmosphere\'s Purpose: to enlighten organizations to the connectionbetween People + Purpose + Place. The goal is to meet sales volume andprofitability objectives established for the New Business DevelopmentSales Lead that you are paired with. The Sales Associateresponsibilities are focused on developing into a sales role atAtmosphere. Primary responsibility is to enhance the revenue generatingprocess for Atmosphere by participating in the strategic selling processwith the Lead salesperson and internal team members interfacing with theclient to secure their business. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProspect to identify new client opportunities. Conduct client meetingsin conjunction with the Lead salesperson to understand the client\'sbusiness needs and relevant buying influences.
