Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding and proficiency in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.

Manage routine and non-routine functions, offering insights to create innovative financial processes.

Oversee the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results.

Create financial reports after extensive, error-free calculation of your department's numbers.

Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines as per federal, state and local legal requirements.

Ensuring company's systems, operations and policies are following the given guidelines.

Identify areas of improvement, recommend internal controls, and provide appropriate action plans.

Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or other related fields.

Prior experience with a variety of accounting software.

Advanced skills with Excel needed.

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
