Your tasks as Senior Accountant will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This Senior Accountant role is located in Portland, Oregon within the Service field.

　　Key responsibilities

　　Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Engage in various department-wide initiatives

　　Adherence to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

　　Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management

　　Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

　　Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests

　　Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required

　　Knowledgeable of ERP systems

　　Familiarity with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

　　General familiarity with GAAP Accounting

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Asset Inventory

　　Proficiency in Cost Allocation

　　Well-founded grasp of Big 4 Accounting Firm

　　Quality experience with Financial Forecast

　　Proven knowledge of financial statement preparation

　　Practical knowledge of Prepare Budgets

　　Inventory analysis experience required

　　Foundational knowledge in Expense Allocation

　　Experience with Ledger Accounting

　　3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience

　　Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges

　　Exceptional time management skills preferred

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills

　　Skilled in analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Prior work done in public accounting is desired

　　Strong attention to detail
