This roleis a learning role, where new associates are working with their team andproactively building skills and proficiencies, in preparation for the nextlevel up as a Mobile Expert. As a Mobile Associate, you will be required tosuccessfully complete new employee training.Job Responsibilities:Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, whileproviding a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shoppingjourney, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Exploringindividual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest andgreatest technology in-store. Side-by-side selling to find personalizedsolutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep ourcustomers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, includinganything from unique accessories cutting-edge IoT devices. Approachingservice and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions andonboarding to actively demonstrate: How our ever-expanding coverage stacksup in our customer's neighborhood, providing them with a lightning fastLTE network Why T-Mobile plans and services will let our customers liveunlimited, feel the love, stay connected and go further. Completestraining on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes,knowledge of systems and reference resources. Makes the most of their time onshift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learningabout innovations in wireless and technology.Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees acrosschannels, including business and customer service to: Collectively ownthe customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless,run-around-free environment. Successfully identify and handoff small businessleads. Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environmentEducationHigh School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience:6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environmentpreferred. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connectingand having fun doing it! (Required)Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced salesenvironment. (Required)Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharingideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Within the first 90 days working at T-Mobile, Mobile Associates receiveon-the-job training and are eligible for incentive pay while completingtraining milestones. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the MobileExpert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of$18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full-timestatus. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hourinclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERYemployee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
