About Us

Princeton Transitional Care Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. The vision, to radically change the landscape of healthcare, forever. Through education and empowerment, we earn the trust of every patient, family member, and the community we serve.

Overview

How you Will make a difference

Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed

Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents

Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments

Monitor daily documentation and filing

All other duties as assigned

What you Need to make a Difference

Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification the state

Current/active CPR certification

Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear

Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
