JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Takes the lead in applying principles ofaccounting to analyze financial information and prepare complexfinancial reports and regulatory reporting. Performs other duties asassigned. May be required to work overtime during peak periodsResponsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leads financialclose process, budgeting and audit cycle for assigned areas. Takes alead role in understanding Finance system structure, leads upgrades.Prepares complex financial reviews and reconciliations, using bothstandard and ad hoc reporting tools to analyze source data. Takes a leadrole in Finance strategic planning process (5 yr forecast) Works withother departmental staff and departmental managers to prepare budget formultiple entities and responds to questions from managers. Analyzes datato complete regulatory reporting for areas assigned. Analyzes complexfinancial processes and recommends opportunities to improve systemfinancial performance. Assumes leadership role to complete projects inFinance department. Coordinates department workload of staff andassociate accountants.
