　　Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Site Supervisor in the Orlando, FL area. The Site Supervisor position is responsible for the direction, coordination, and supervision of all site Security Officers. This position offers a starting pay rate of$25.00/hr, paid weekly.

　　Requirements :

　　Current Florida Class D Security license

　　This position's schedule is Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3 PM, but candidate must have availability to work all shifts

　　3 + years of security management experience

　　Must have prior security, law enforcement, or military experience

　　High level of computer usability

　　Scheduling experience

　　Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel

　　Experience using CCTV video monitoring systems

　　Must be able to use Apple products

　　Duties include but are not limited to:

　　Follow new hire training program and checklist

　　Train and re-train staff

　　Assess, evaluate, and record counseling, mentoring, and performance evaluations accordingly

　　Monitor and resolve all log entries timely and efficiently

　　Writing reports on accidents, various incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards, and other security-related situations

　　A Security Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
