　　Sunstates Security is currently hiring full-timeSecurity Shift SupervisorsforALL SHIFTSin Burlington, NJ. These positions offer a starting pay rate of$21.00/hr, - with weekly pay.

　　Job duties include but are not limited to overseeing staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers assigned to his/her shift; maintaining the safety and security of the building premises and company/client assets, observe and report suspicious people and activities on premises, monitor surveillance, and writing incident reports.

　　Requirements:

　　Current NJ SORA License

　　Valid driver's license w/ clean record

　　Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.

　　Excellent management and supervisory skills.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.

　　Ability to work with confidential and classified information.

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred

　　A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
