As a Guardian Security Officer Rover - Condos Twin Towers , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $20.00/per hour.

Location: Downtown Brickell, FL

Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9am -3:30pm

Valid Florida Security License D LicenseMinimum Requirements:

Be at least 21+ years of age.

Customer Service and High-Rise condominium experience necessary.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Make all rounds when scheduled and assist Front Desk personnel when needed.

Must have Valid Driver's License

Must be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods of time.

Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all elements of the weather.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by conducting safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
