  About the team:

  The Information Technology team at Rubrik enables business processes, employee experience and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development life cycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.

  Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day to day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like Salesforce.com , Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia etc.

  This team also delivers high paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple but cohesive Cloud architectures.

  About the role:

  The Senior IT Program Manager will focus on leading the Rubrik’s IT projects planning and implementation from the Quote to Cash IT Department and with external parties. Rubrik has a fast-paced agile environment and the candidate will be involved from inception to delivery.

  The ideal candidate is able to drive multiple projects of various sizes and complexities from initiation to completion. This candidate will provide accountability and authority over projects - able to define and execute against a project plan. The candidate will look to ways to ensure project risks, issues, and blockers are elevated and mitigated. The candidate seeks to understand cross functional dependencies and drives collaboration to resolve them. The candidate should be familiar with understanding business processes and systems, specifically within Salesforce modules and integrated systems.

  What you'll do:

  Lead cross functional project initiatives across multiple teams Internal and external

  Coordinate the design and development activities across immediate and adjacent development teams

  Enforce Agile standards with the team. Be responsible for the measurement and reporting of team productivity. Seek to improve team performance by identifying weak areas and suggesting process improvements

  Work with cross functional teams among Business, Operation, and IT teams to identify scope, estimate work efforts, define timelines, and manage resources

  Work with delivery managers to plan timelines, resources, demos, and UAT for projects. Hold teams accountable to achieve deadlines and get in front of issues as they arise.

  Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress. Identify communication gaps, handle issues, and support teams balancing challenging priorities. Get results proactively.

  Understand technical implementation at the project team level, ask questions that clarify priorities, push the team to be highly effective, and keep the team aligned with planned milestones.

  Manage and communicate with offshore stakeholders and team members during non-traditional business hours on the need base.

  Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for resources and tools of team

  Experience you'll need:

  10+ years as program manager, project manager, or delivery manager serving High Tech as IT FTE or service consultant

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to deliver program status, roadmaps, business outcomes & impacts, and metrics

  Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple priorities simultaneously

  Strong analytical skills with a track record of using objective data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and decisions

  Strong project implementation experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud

  Strong experience and willingness to manage offshore project teams during past project implementations

  PMP & Agile certifications is a plus
