　　TheClinic Float RNis responsibleto provideexcellent nursing careatallMorris Hospital healthcare centers as needed. They willensure thepatient\'s right to privacy and confidentiality as well as maintaincompetency and exercise sound judgment.He/she may be responsible tohandle emergency situations, and serve as a nursing resource to otherclinical staff. The Clinic Float RN will participate in monitoring thequality of service assuring that standards are being met to comply withsafety, public health, OSHA, and HFAP regulations.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Professional/Educational

　　Current Illinois Registered Professional Nursing license with biennialrenewal.

　　Certified by the American Heart Association in CardiopulmonaryResuscitation (CPR).

　　Experience in Ambulatory Care Clinics.

　　ACLS preferred, or maintain 6 months from date of hire.

　　DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

　　Personal

　　Computer knowledge.

　　Ability to teach and direct other office personnel.

　　Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion anddiplomacy.

　　Possesses the ability to work under pressure.

　　Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.
