About the Position: This position is located with the Directorate of Emergency Services, Presidio of Monterey, CA. Work as a Security Guard, and field coordinator at a Garrison's Installation Access Control Points for the shift supervisor for Presidio of Monterey. Responsibilities Incumbent is responsible for performing and resolving a full range of both standard procedural and non-recurring/unusual visitor access assignments. Set up and maintain visitor control roster and badges accountability log, which is subject to quarterly and annual reviews and inventories. Determine fitness and grant access to those individuals that have met screening requirements and demonstrated a need to access the installation. Record visitor information and purpose of visits, as necessary. Inspect containers, personal property, documents on private, commercial and governmental vehicles in the performance of all force protection duties.
