Description:
Our customer Leidos has an immediate need for two Security Engineers. All candidates will need to have a active Secret Clearance and be IAT II compliant and have the ability to be IAT III with in 6 months of being on the project. They have received new task orders for additional work and they need to bring on two additional team members.
The reason for this need is that they are going to be replacing one of the engineers on the team that is a current for us. This an engineer will be joining a 6 person team and can sit anywhere in the US. The team manager and lead sit in San Diego but the other engineers sit on the east coast.
Candidate must have experience with the top four bullet points to be considered for this role.
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates.
• Experience with Axway products
• Experience with Microsoft OCSP
• Experience with HSMs
• Experience designing, configuring, and managing Group Policy Objects.
• Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with DISA STIG and U.S. Cyber Command OPORD requirements.
• Experience with Linux Server Operating Systems.
• Experience with Cloud Engineering
• Experience with writing engineering documentation
• Experience applying systems engineering fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.
• Experience in collaborating with other enterprise technologists both internal and external to resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience leading projects.

•Must possess an active Secret clearance or be able to receive an Interim clearance within 3 month of hire to start the program.
•Hold or be able to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II certification or IAT-III certification within 3 months of hire.
•Hold or obtain Windows Server 2012 (or better) certification(s); training class completion may be accepted as alternative.
•Hold or obtain Workstation certification; training class completion may be accepted as alternative.
•Experience Designing, configuring, and managing Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
•Experience with configuring and managing Infoblox for DDI.
•Experience with Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 / 2019.
•Experience with SQL Server 2008 / 2012 / 2014 / 2016 / 2019.
•General experience with Representational State Transfer (REST API).
•Experience with C# / .NET Scripting or PowerShell.
•Experience with cryptography, encryption and related data protection concepts and technologies.
•Experience with data modelling and both LDAP and relational data schema design and implementation.
•Experience with DoD and Enterprise Deployments.
•Experience implementing DISA STIGs and adhering to other IA requirements.
•Proven experience supporting Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and associated IA processes, procedures, and activities with capability and expertise to implement DoDD 8530.1, DoDD 8500.2, DoDI 8510.1, DoDI 8510.01 and other applicable NIST and CNSS IA directives, instructions, guidelines.
