Interact with Government agencies on security matters
Must have strong computer, organizational, and administrative skills
Prioritize tasks and multitask as needed to meet deadlines
Review agreements and provide guidance as it pertains to security impacts
Maintain accurate and current records
Manage, develop, and implement policies with leadership for all security disciplines (industrial information, physical, facility, operational, and personnel) consistent with company and Government regulations, to ensure security and compliance
Work with consultants as needed to gain additional expertise
Assist as needed with new and updated security clearance packages for company personnel
Learn and use systems required to perform job duties
Attend training virtually or in person to learn, retain, and apply new information toward job duties relating to security
Work with Information Security Director to help enforce policies on information and cyber security
Ensure visit requests, CAC forms, and other requests are processed as required
Manage security inspections & audits at all site locations, initiating corrective measures for deficiencies
Complete forms needed for new hires and departing employees; ensure appropriate documentation for both
Research and exercise independent judgment when policies and regulations require interpretation
Investigate security incidents and provide resolution with other departments as needed
Work independently without supervision

Requirements
Qualifications
Education/Training (both required and desired):
Associate’s Degree required
Bachelor’s Degree highly desired
Degree requirement is waiver eligible with 3 years additional experience
Experience:
4+ years of experience in industrial securitySecurity:
Must be a US citizen
Security clearance at the same level as facility clearance required
