JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced(relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Associate\'sDegree Travel Percentage : 0% Job Description GENERAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES * Processes automated trades through the NSCC. *Ensures all manual trades are processed correctly. * Actively managestrade rejects to ensure price-protection is granted within appropriatetime frames. * Reviews and clears all cash exceptions and sharereconciliation items. * Prepares monthly and weekly reports for manager(i.e. volume reports; outstanding problems report. * Matches brokerconfirms to trade ticket on trust accounting systemidentifying/escalating all exceptions. * Ensures all manual trades,stock splits and deliveries are processed correctly and timely. * Toensure straight through processing, proactively identifies exceptionsthat may cause issues with settlement and communicates exceptions tobusiness lines. * Identifies and logs failed trades, communicatesstatus to the business lines and escalates when necessary to preventbuy-ins. * Monitors all workflows and request queues (QForms,Sharepoint, Email) and responds within the defined service levelstandard. * On a daily basis, monitors all control accounts forexceptions. * Reviews and clears all cash exceptions and sharereconciliation items. * Participates with other team members inreviewing and assessing current practices and procedures. * Otherrelated duties assigned as needed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High schooldiploma or GED.
