PAYROLL and Employee relations. Clerical duty - data entry, filing.

　　REQUIRED:Candidate needs to be attentive to details and conscientious about their quality of work.Data entry requires accuracy.Discretion is required in handling HR files.Basic computer skills is a must - Word, Excel, Outlook.

　　PREFERENCE:Experience or understanding of accounting functions - PO Receiving, Match A/P invoices with receiving docs, enter vendor invoices, cash receipts data entry, A/R reconciliation. Intermediate level EXCEL skills a huge plus!

　　ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM DUTIES:This position that may require sitting all day in front of a computer. Applicants must be able to lift at least up to 25 lbs unassisted, be comfortable stooping, bending, standing, climbing ladders, or working in tight spaces; be willing to work overtime as necessary.
