JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced(relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Associate\'sDegree Travel Percentage : 0% Job Description GENERAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES * Guiding clients to do complete documentation andverifying that the work is done correctly (coordinating and monitoring),making sure things are in on time. . * Ensures all manual trades areprocessed correctly. * Actively manages trade rejects to ensureprice-protection is granted within appropriate time frames. * Reviewsand clears all cash exceptions and share reconciliation items. *Prepares monthly and weekly reports for manager (i.e. volume reports;outstanding problems report. * Matches broker confirms to trade ticketon trust accounting system identifying/escalating all exceptions. *Ensures all manual trades, stock splits and deliveries are processedcorrectly and timely. * To ensure straight through processing,proactively identifies exceptions that may cause issues with settlementand communicates exceptions to business lines. * Identifies and logsfailed trades, communicates status to the business lines and escalateswhen necessary to prevent buy-ins. * Monitors all workflows and requestqueues (QForms, Sharepoint, Email) and responds within the definedservice level standard. * On a daily basis, monitors all controlaccounts for exceptions. * Reviews and clears all cash exceptions andshare reconciliation items. * Participates with other team members inreviewing and assessing current practices and procedures. * Otherrelated duties assigned as needed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High schooldiploma or GED.
