A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the Station Chef and/ or First Cook.

　　As a Second Cook you will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following activities:

　　Produce the Mise en Place KitchenEnsure the organization and hygiene in the KitchenPrepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of his superiorStore and check the validity of foodAssist other departments whenever necessaryIn shift changes transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift informationPerform such other duties assigned by the supervisorWhat are we looking for?
