Description
Telehealth Implementation Manager is a recognized expert in telehealth strategy, who applies comprehensive knowledge of professional concepts and industry practices to lead complex telehealth projects of large size and scope that have critical impact throughout the UCLA health system and to the wider community of patients across the state of California.
In this role, you will:
be accountable to lead and oversee complex projects and programs in support of UCLA's virtual care and population health strategies
perform analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications related to Connected Health
designs, builds, tests, and supports new applications, programs and modules within their portfolio and/or service line
Must be able to come onsite within 12 standard hours of notice. Percentage onsite is about 10%.
Salary Range: $105200 - $250600 annuallyQualifications
Bachelor's Degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
Must have epic certification required to support the telehealth applications.
Must have Epic build and configuration experience including clinical and patient experience EMR workflows.
Three years of experience in a healthcare related organization.
Must have valid and unrestricted California drivers license and the ability to travel locally by personal vehicle to UCLA clinics in West LA area
Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas. Knowledge of systems and functions, including design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, quality assurance, and system testing and evaluation.
Demonstrate proficiency with information systems technology, which also includes Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems.
Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.
Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey technical information to all levels of application users in a specific, clear, and concise manner.
