Lakeside Foods is looking for SeasonalMaintenanceworkersfrom June 1 through November 20th (estimatedtimeframe)who have a strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge, strong workethic, multi-tasking skills, a willingness to learn and be able to workas a team player. Scheduling can include a full shift schedule, orpartial shift schedules with flexibility to accommodate schooling oranother work schedule. Job Tasks include: Perform general maintenance,repair, installation and modification of plant equipment and machineryMinor plumbing, hydraulics and electrical work Adequate welding &fabrication skills Perform other duties in conjunction with maintenance,such as learning all production job in the various processing areasExhibit a strong willingness to learn maintenance tasks throughout thefacility as needed Perform other duties as assigned by ManagementAbility to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintainspecific job assignments throughout entire shift. Follow all companyregulations and policies as directed in Employee Orientation & JobTraining, and complete all job tasks with Employee Safety as #1 priorityat all times. Report any Employee Safety, Food Safety and Productionhazards or concerns immediately to Leadsperson, Supervisor orManagement.
