We are seeking Counter Sales Representative for theLandscape and Masonry Team for our customer, County Materials inHazelhurst, WI. Military service members and veterans are encouraged toapply. Job Duties: Deliver a high-level customer service experience.Maintain effective relationships with current customers that lead toincreased sales and revenue. Provide support to all sales team members\'activities and clients as required. Work closely with customers andcontractors to select products that best fit their needs. Responsiblefor assisting customers with loading purchased materials, includingoperating yard equipment. Develop and update location product displaysand maintain showroom appearance. Demonstrate excellent attention todetail with sales transactions and reconciliation. Prepare inventory,shipping and receiving, and cash reconciliation reports. WorkEnvironment: Work in an office environment as well as branch yardinvarious weather. Physical Requirements: Ability to handle samples andproducts up to 80 lbs. Standing / Walking / Climbing. Experience &Qualifications: Experience with high-level customer-facing serviceenvironment. Experience with Landscape/Masonry product lines ispreferred but not required. Retail or sales experience is required.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Effective time management skills. Working knowledge andcomputerproficiency. Effective decision-making and problem-solvingskills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strongmathematical skills.
