Role and Responsibilities

Scrum Master

We are looking for an excellent facilitator and problem-solver with a passion to learn and bring the best processes and practices to the team.

The role we are offering you:

Foster our communication

Protect the development team from unnecessary disruptions

Work with product management, project manager, care, dev ops and delivery teams to achieve smooth cooperation

Remove blockers

Manage occasional events

Maintain our tools, e.g., Jira, Broadcom Rally, MS Teams, MS Outlook, Workday, Workforce, Concur

Provide agile coaching

Do reporting

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience working in a scrum team in IT for more than a year

Ability to learn

Excellent communication skills

Decisiveness to set the rules backed by research and data

English and Polish proficiency

Structured and organized thinking

Understanding scrum framework and agile principles

Some technical background

Knowledge of project management tools

In addition to the following experience, nice to have:

We have a couple of formal and informal team leaders, however as the number of people and project complexity are growing, we need you to keep things in order.
