　　Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

　　Teamführung:

　　Leiten und motivieren Sie ein Team von hochqualifizierten Produktionsmitarbeitern.

　　Förderung eines positiven Arbeitsumfelds durch effektive Kommunikation und Teamarbeit.

　　Durchführung von Leistungsbewertungen, Weiterbildungen und Mitarbeiterentwicklung.

　　Produktionsplanung und -überwachung:

　　Verantwortlich für die effiziente Planung und Überwachung aller Produktionsaktivitäten.

　　Sicherstellung, dass die Produktionsziele hinsichtlich Qualität, Quantität und Zeitplan erreicht werden.

　　Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Kosteneffektivität.

　　Qualitätskontrolle:

　　Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und Sicherheitsrichtlinien.

　　Implementierung von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktqualität.

　　Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen:

　　Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Logistik, Einkauf und Ingenieurwesen, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen.

　　Kommunikation von Produktionsplänen und -status an relevante Stakeholder.

　　Budgetverantwortung:

　　Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung des Produktionsbudgets und Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung.Qualifikationen:

　　Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

　　Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Funktion in der Produktionsbranche.

　　Fundierte Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung und -steuerung.

　　Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren, zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln.

　　Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken.

　　Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
