Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Scrum Master with an active Top-Secret Clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Winchester, VA.

The Scrum Master will lead the development effort by conveying the vision to an Agile or Scrum delivery team and will outline and prioritize work based on the business value. This position will liaise with stakeholders ensuring their interests are included in the release, and the team to ensure the release is delivered by the deadline and within budget. This position serves as the Agile or Scrum delivery team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. This position will coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery. This position will maintain the product backlog and release plan and will facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Must have experience using Jira.
Must be analytical, detail oriented and able to assist in translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate will have experience supporting the FBI or DoD agencies.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
5+ years demonstrated experience working on an Agile Team
Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
Must be willing to travel into the office daily.
Office Location and Travel:
The primary place of performance is 100% onsite at the FBI Central Records Complex (CRC), Winchester, Virginia.Working Environment & Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
