　　Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Scrum Master EBS-C.

　　Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

　　Leader in Agile framework, Lean-Agile development, applies Lean-Agile in leadership. Leads multiple concurrent projects in Agile using the Scrum method and Agile processes. Builds different product types in the Agile framework. Serves to educate the team in the Agile core values, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Planning, Work in Progress (WIP), or other Agile processes. Assists teams in self- organizing and self-management to attain set goals using Agile practices. Responsible for meetings and ceremonies commonly associated with the Scrum Master role. These meetings are described as an aspect of the main duties of the Scrum Master and center on sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Mentors other Scrum Masters in Agile, cultivates an environment for peak performance dynamics using relentless determination, continuous flows, improvements, and eliminates impediments. Assists others in Agile to effectively communicate, collaborate, and agree to meet goals. Facilitates events for teams and supports Product Owners in backlog grooming, and expectations. Assumes the responsibility for building the Scrum Master Community of Practice. The Scrum Master must be proficient in project management and Agile task management tools, such as, but not limited to the Atlassian suite of products, Azure DevOps, Rational Team Concert, Rally, and Service Now. Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree and senior supply technician education (or higher) in Army logistics related disciplines and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and or a certified SAFe Scrum Master. Additional certifications are highly desired: SAFe release train engineer certificate. Additional certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Agile Engineering with optional Certified Scrum Developer; Project Management Institute offers Agile Certified Professional; Scrum Alliance offers Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD).Required Security Clearance:
