　　Job Summary

　　Working as an Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for a dining account. Your leadership extends to managing a team of associates, ensuring their effective coordination. Moreover, you will be pivotal in maintaining and supervising safety and sanitation standards specific to the account. As a valued member of the culinary team, you will also be tasked with the following responsibilities:

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Manages cost controls and exercises oversight over expenditures for the account.

　　Plans and crafts all menus to meet culinary standards and client expectations.

　　Takes charge of purchasing and effectively manages inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.

　　Collaborates with the marketing and culinary team to introduce and implement new culinary programs.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Culinary degree is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in culinary skills.

　　Three to five years of culinary management experience, showcasing leadership and expertise.

　　Essential experience in high-volume production and catering, demonstrating proficiency in managing large-scale culinary operations.

　　Previous track record of successfully managing cost controls, contributing to financial efficiency.

　　Exhibits a strong desire to learn and grow within a top-notch food service company.
