　　Overview

　　Noetic is supporting the homeland security mission and we’re looking for team members to provide our customer with supply chain risk management expertise. This requires expertise in areas such as intelligence analysis, data analysis, communication, policy development, and policy analysis. Supporting this mission, you’ll have access to teams providing emerging technologies, including data science and automated workflows to assist and enhance your research capabilities.

　　Responsibilities

　　Research, develop, and draft solutions in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)

　　Support qualitative and quantitative metric analysis, threat analysis, and a comprehensive supply chain risk analysis to uncover patterns within complex multi-variable data

　　Collect, analyze, and deliver intelligence information

　　Qualifications

　　Required

　　2+ years of experience with supply chain risk management, including assessing system and component criticality, mapping supply chains, identifying critical suppliers, assessing supply chain threat and vulnerability assessment, conducting risk identification and mitigation, and monitoring mitigation effectiveness over time

　　Experience with conducting SCRM research and analysis and documenting findings in Microsoft PowerPoint or Word report formats

　　Ability to lead the day-to-day execution of SCRM-related efforts, including developing SCRM plans, assessing supply chain risks against U.S. Critical Infrastructure

　　Ability to communicate via presentation, including presenting findings directly to clients either in person or via teleconference

　　Understanding/working knowledge of various data sources (e.g., Refinitiv, Crunchbase, Panjiva, NIST NVD, MITRE CVE, etc.)

　　Ability to produce quality writing / content with attention to detail and accuracy

　　TS/SCI clearance

　　Knowledge of tradecraft standards and Supply Chain Risk Management

　　Ability to perform in high pressure environments to include supporting executive leadership
