Hiring: Delinquency Contro Counselor

What you will do:
To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government and the Credit Union rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss. This is a c all center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day

Computer literate; ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook

Problem solving and assessment skills; Evaluate on what the member needs would be
Communication skills
Ability to level with members.
Provide empathy to members and overcome objectives
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred
HS Diploma with collections or call center experience
