　　A comprehensive experience with opportunities to work with students PK-12 while working collaboratively with our school psychologist and Director of Special Education.

　　Duties:

　　Take an active role in the Response to Intervention and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support processes across the District

　　Conduct re-evaluations with supervision.

　　Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and write Behavior Intervention Plans with supervision.

　　Attend Committee on Special Education Meetings when needed to present evaluations.

　　Assist with initiating and/or continuing programs (advisory groups, counseling groups, self-esteem building groups, self-determination building programs, etc).

　　Be an active member of the transition programming at the high school level.

　　Effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents.

　　Consult and team with teachers and other disciplines to support in the development and delivery of Individual Education Plans.

　　Provide parent support and education, as needed with supervision.

　　Collaborate with the educational team in the development classroom positive behavior support systems.
