Work outside: may choose to enter into Service Agreements for work outside and in addition to the established school year model; work performed in accordance with a Service Agreement will be subject to additional compensation according to terms specified therein. * Most school districts are open to students fewer days than are req'd of our staff so staff should be mindful of that and plan productivity for those add'l days accordingly in a variety of ways (scheduling OP appts, home visits, telehealth-zoom sessions, collateral sessions with principals/guidance counselors/social workers). We also are in attendance at school opening (professional development days) and closing days as well.
