WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You'll be responsible for the lead and supervision of several Stock Relevant processes for Unilever in whole Americas, review all the final results of the stock revaluation process so as the most relevant transactions that incur into the production costs so as material prices analysis and managing queries from relevant stakeholders in the business so as from other Operating Centers of different services lines. Performance tracking and step up from our 3rd Party Service Provider to enhance mirror service delivery across all the countries in Americas.
Location: Tultitlan, Mexico / Hybrid
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Manage Key TCodes from ERP (SAP ECC) for stocks analysis so as the production costs components.Interact with relevant stakeholders enhancing the understanding and support for their teams in order to trigger actions wherever necessary.Provide relevant support for material prices variances on event driven situations.Participate in projects to enable a better customer experience by key end users of system.Collaborate with other relevant finance teams across the company to enhance company results review improving timmings and data quality.Supervise 3rd Party Service Provider ensuring Customer Experience improvement.WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Industrial Engineering with strong accounting expertise on costs/stocks.Experience in Global Services Center (preferred)Stakeholder managementCompliance controlsAdvanced English2 + year experience in Financial Analysis and AccountingStrong orientation to Continuous ImprovementExcel, SAP: mandatoryPower Bi, Power Query, Digital Tools preferredAccountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Experience developing root cause analysis (RCA)Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
