You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles and delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.WHAT YOU'LL DOHire, train, and manage a team of Public Sector Enterprise Field Account ExecutivesDevelop Account Executives for career growth within the Box Sales organizationSupport team in customer on-sites, calls, and meetingsReport on sales metrics and forecast to Senior Sales ManagementMotivate team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorshipUtilize Salesforce to manage sales process, and set standards for performance metricsWHO YOU ARE7+ years closing experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizationsPrior experience working with or for State and Local Government agenciesPrior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management, preferably in the Public Sector spaceExperience with RFI/RFP response at scale, including government technology tools for finding and sourcing contractsExperience partnering with SIs and consulting firms to position multi product solutions across specific use-cases or agenciesExcellent communication, business acumen organizational and time management skillsRobust Salesforce analysis and reporting and forecasting skillsetProven successful track record of exceeding quotasHead-over-heels about this role - but not sure you meet all the requirements?
