　　About the Role:

　　Collaborates with IT Leaders to align priorities and plan/execute SAP Ecosystem strategies that enable successful business transformation along with continuous process improvement efforts. Provides guidance and deep technical expertise in the analysis, acquisition, installation, modification and support of SAP and SAP Adjacent applications, operating systems, databases, utilities, and Internet/intranet-related tools. Leads, designs, and conducts highly complex systems support activities. Monitors highly complex system to system interfaces, processing routines, hardware use and use of database management techniques. Provides deep technical expertise in the design, modification, and maintenance of software, such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Java/SAP ABAP, Oracle/SQL/HANA databases, SUSE, and Windows operating systems. Provides thought leadership in the approach of system upgrades, support packs and ongoing system maintenance to maintain the SAP Ecosystem systems in compliance and operating efficiently. Leads and conducts highly complex system integration tasks including program design, system configurations, debugging and documentation. Solves highly complex problems and is called on to consult by other IT and SAP application teams. Provides coaching/training to less experienced team members and acts as a mentor to less experienced team members. Viewed as the Subject Matter Expert, both within IT and outside of IT, for all disciplines within their area of responsibility. Supervise technical SAP Basis Team and managed services partners. Provides system wide/cross functional support across IT. Established and recognized figure in the organization and/or externally.

　　About You:

　　You’ll fit right in if you have:

　　More than 12 years of Information Technology and SAP experience in a related position.

　　Knowledge and experience of core competencies within respective area, within SAP Java, SAP ABAP, SAP S/4 HANA systems and Salesforce, and preferably with SAP RISE, Cloud applications and Blue Yonder systems.

　　Deep technical expertise in the installation, configuration, modification, and maintenance of SAP systems on SUSE and Windows operating systems and experience using related commands and tools.

　　Experience developing recommendations to promote highly complex technical or nontechnical information or services to IT Sr. Leadership across the SAP Ecosystem Landscape.

　　Skills to interpret or clarify highly complex technical information to aid understanding within the SAP Basis Team, across application teams and Infrastructure teams and guide team(s) to determine implementation approach that minimizes business risk and promotes long-term sustainability and maintenance of the system.

　　Demonstrated experience conveying highly complex information and persuading diverse stakeholders/audiences both within and outside of area of responsibility.

　　Reconciles multiple stakeholder views, requiring awareness, respect, and the ability to reconcile cross-functional differences to reach the optimal solution for TreeHouse.

　　Education requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree Required – Type: Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
