About the Position: This position is located with the G1 Deputy Chief of Staff, Human Resources Management, Military Personnel Division, Rock Island IL. Responsibilities Manages a full service military personnel division through subordinate leaders. Formulates planning strategies to provide multi-compo (Active and Reserve Component) support to operational requirements. Manages the timely submission of senior officer and non-commissioned officer evaluations across the Command. Serves as the primary advisor to senior leadership on military personnel programs and policies. Formulates plans, policies and procedures to advise senior leaders on Military personnel programs, such as IPPS-A, MER/EMC cycles. Provides advice and assistance on the interpretation and application of directives and policy statements having indirect impact.
