　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　We are seeking an experienced senior SAP FI/CO Package Consultant with strong hands-on experience and leadership capabilities based in Perth. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to ensure successful project delivery and client success. 　　The person must be highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance on SAP FICO solutions. The responsibilities for analysing our client's finance and costing processes, implementing SAP solutions, and ensuring that cost data accuracy and efficiency are optimized. This role requires an understanding of SAP SAC and Group Reporting, strong consulting skills, and a proven track record in delivering cost-effective solutions to clients.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions to our client

　　Play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contribute to successful project delivery

　　Act as a functional expert responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle

　　Lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge

　　Work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape

　　Be required to provide advice on SAP best practices

　　Capture, assess and prioritise key business requirements and gaps that are part of the project scope

　　Complete key deliverables, such as Functional Solution Document, Functional Design Documents, Functional Specification Documents for WRICEF Development, Business Test Scenarios, and others as outlined in the project methodology

　　Effectively coordinate build activities with on-shore and off-shore technical resources for custom solutions

　　Perform configuration FI/Co - including margin analysis needed

　　Solution Design: Develop and design SAP banking & treasury solutions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

　　Clear Understanding of SAC or Group Reporting required for this role

　　Process Improvement: Provide recommendations for process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and optimization of business process methodologies.

　　Cost Analysis: Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and offer insights and recommendations to clients for decision-making.

　　Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of SAP configurations, customizations, and best practices.

　　Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP Product Costing solutions with broader business goals.

　　A strong drive to develop as a functional consultant

　　A drive to expand your network in the SAP community

　　At least 10 years of experience in a similar SAP FI/CO Consultant position with large end users or SAP Partners

　　In-depth subject matter expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling domains, and general knowledge of other SAP modules is mandatory

　　Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations, with at least 3 full end-to-end SAP Implementations across multiple industries

　　Understanding of FI/CO integration points to other modules such as PP, PM, SD, MM

　　SAP S/4HANA experience essential

　　Migration to S/4HANA (Brownfield or Selective Data Transition (SDT) experience a bonus

　　Ability to work in a matrix environment
