About SAP CRM Consultant

  Job Title : SAP CRM Consultant Location : Tallahassee, Florida USA Job Description: Experience, Duties, and Responsibilities – Management Applications Development, Manager Required experience • Advanced knowledge of SAP ECC, CRM, BW and E-Portals, SAP Architecture • Minimum 8 years of development experience in any of the following: • SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Web-UI, S/4HANA, B/4HANA,Enterprise Central Component (ECC), Business Intelligence/Warehouse (BI/BW) and/orInterfaces in SAP •  Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general and SAP Enterprise ServicesArchitecture in particular. • A minimum of 2 years experience as a project lead with development staff in all phases of theSoftware Development Life Cycle. • Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Ability to map business processes to technology - particularly SAP technology. • Knowledge of the SAP Business Process Platform. • Knowledge of the SAP Business Partner, Financials (GL and AR/AP), and CRM Case andActivity Management, S/4, B/4. • Knowledge of Web Services standards (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, REST, WS-l, WSIL, XSD etc.). • Knowledge of the SAP IT Practices I IT Scenarios and how to map those to the Department’sbusiness processes. • General knowledge of both the ABAP and Java stacks of the SAP Web Application Server (SAPWAS). • General knowledge of security on the ABAP stack (Users, Roles, Groups Profiles, SNC etc). • General knowledge of security on the Java stack (Users, Roles, and UME etc.). • General knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Portal architecture and administration. • Knowledge of Portal content design (Roles, iViewsetc). • General knowledge of the SAP solutions for Knowledge Management and Collaboration (KM,Content Server etc.). • Research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions; reportfindings/recommendations clearly and effectively to team. • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Working in a project-oriented environment. • Excellent troubleshooting skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work with customers and to translate requirements into technical designs. • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Preferred Experience • Knowledge of the Department’s Child Support Automated Management System. • Knowledge reflected in SAP S/4HANA related certifications. • Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and ITIL mapping to SAPsolutions. • Knowledge of Migration to S/4HANA. • Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant • Provide technical leadership to the development team/staff in research, impact analysis, andimplementation of upgrades and/or major application enhancements. • Assist in leading the development team/staff to ensure that a common toolset is used in all phases ofthe development process and that all Information Technology Service Management andDevelopment standards are followed. • Perform system reviews by business process to implement technical performance improvements andto achieve business efficiencies. • Ensure integration of SAP components in the design. • Ensure solutions consider SAP out of the box with configuration priority over custom code. • Mapping data and functionality from CRM to S/4. • Prepare and review audit responses. • Lead audit finding teams as assigned. • Prepare presentations and walkthroughs for management, coworkers, business process, otherstates and Federal representatives, etc. as assigned. • Act as liaison between Child Support Program Office staff, technical staff, contract staff, field staff andoutside agencies including federal and state partners as required. • Develop prototypes and present to management. • Perform Knowledge Share sessions upon request, and • Mentor and coach more junior functional and technical staff. • Participate in the development, review and approval of plans and reports associated with CAMS. • Coordinate team formation including core and business process owners, policy, training and all otherappropriate members, and • Conduct system functionality review based on current code and/or technical specifications. • Prepare required project status reports for software project meetings or for management purposes. • Provide status reporting of assignments. • Coordinates production implementation of software releases. • Schedule and facilitate functional and technical meetings as required. • Facilitate meeting/conference calls, ensure meeting notes are published; develop and maintain anissue log; prepare meeting agenda. • Attend business related and staff meetings. • Complete time sheets, activity logs via Excel spreadsheet and Project Portfolio Management tool. • Research and prepare issue papers and present to management. • Troubleshoot incidents and implement solutions. • Generate OSS notes requesting assistance from SAP headquarters. • Research SAP documentation for fixes to reported problems. • Conduct review and analysis of functional specifications or blueprint documents to determine systemimpact and to provide technical approach, solution, and effort estimates. • Work with Business Process Owners (BPOs), functional, and technical staff to define and designsystem enhancements to implement desired requirements. • Map the CAMS business processes to appropriate technology solutions. • Develop technical specifications. • Implement technical solutions through programming in CRM, S/4, ECC, BW, ePortal, or AdobeForms • Perform technical Code Reviews. • Performs other related duties as required. Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or, equivalent work experience of 1 year system’s experience for each year of education required or, 1 year of data management experience for each year of education. Mandatory Training The consultant must satisfactorilycomplete at least 40 hours of advanced training in the SAP S/4HANA applications. The Consultant must provide documentation that hascompleted the training. Documented technical experienceequal to 1000 or more hours on an SAP S/4HANA implementation project will be accepted in lieu of thistraining requirement.
