　　Job Summary:Registered nurses (RNs) provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.

　　Role & Responsibilities:* The RN would be responsible for shift work such as passing medications.* Assessments* Obtaining/transcribing physician orders* Maintaining inventory of supplies* Notifying case manager RN/Triage/MOC of changes in conditions of individuals* All documentation associated with the above tasks and other shift duties.* Conducts nursing assessments; and obtains, records, and updates individuals' health information and vital signs, using standard instruments and procedures.* Administers medications and nursing procedures to individuals as prescribed.* Prepares, implements, and modifies nursing care plans; provides clinical supervision and/or instruction to direct care staff in completing care tasks; and delegates responsibility for appropriate nursing activities, skills, and/or procedures to direct care staff.

　　Required Skills:* Scope of practice that includes patients - Experience with healthcare facility is desirable* Eligible to be credentialed as a Registered Nurse.EOE
