Job Posting: Facility and Grounds Maintenance – Night Shift- Lewisville

We are seeking a dedicated Facility and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team on the Night Shift . This full-time position offers a pay rate of $15.00/hour, and is ideal for candidates with 0-3 years of experience . If you have strong attention to detail and enjoy maintaining clean, orderly environments, we’d love to hear from you!

What’s the Job?

Clean and sanitize company facilities, including custodial work, dishwashing, and laundry services.

Maintain grounds with gardening, general repairs, and upkeep of outdoor spaces.

Organize and maintain parking areas, including valet services.

Manage laundry and linen services, especially within hospitality and healthcare industries.

Ensure all tasks align with company standards for cleanliness and organization.

What’s Needed?

0-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or similar roles.

Basic knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and grounds maintenance practices.

Ability to work the night shift and complete tasks independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
