JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary:Fabricate, assemble and ship ahigh-quality sample of all Inpro products to ensure customersatisfaction. Primary Duties: Inform team leader when inventory levelsfall below established stocking levels. Cut, fabricate and assemble allcomponents required to make finished product samples. Assembleliterature, binders, and color rings for inclusion with sample requests.Ship all samples as requested by sales. All other duties as assigned.Key Responsibilities: Ability to demonstrate the following: Ship ahigh-quality product. Maintain communication with all departmentsthroughout the organization. Assist in training of new sample departmentemployees. To meet or exceed customer expectations. Specifications: Mustbe able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals in a clear,concise manner. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able todistinguish colors. Must be able to use power equipment (including sawsand hand tools). Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler.Ability to lift up to 50lbs CRT strength test required. Ability toobtain forklift/power lift certification. Job Relationship: Reportsdirectly to the Sample Team Leader. Assist in communication betweendepartments throughout the organization. Authority: Authority to stopproduction for non-conforming quality or safety compliance. To supportcompany policies and procedures. Report non-conforming material andsafety non-compliance to management.
