  As a Facilities Operations Manager, you are directly responsible for a team who operates and maintains all Facilities systems across the site. In addition, the Operations team is the first responders for all site wide events that occur with any Facilities system. Your area covers the entire facilities infrastructure including but not limited to Specialty and Bulk Gas and Chemical storage and distribution, Air and Environment Conditioning Supply, Water Conditioning and distribution, Waste Water Treatment, and Building infrastructure systems.

  Within these areas of ownership comes a significant impact to the overall success of the site. Your position requires strong team management, leadership mentoring, clear communication, and the ability to develop solid inter-departmental relationships. As a leadership professional, you must be able to lead all aspects of personnel related development. Your vision and input to the direction of the Facilities group is important and encouraged.

  Responsibilities and Tasks

  Lead Commissioning process for all FAB supporting equipment

  Support Environmental Health, Safety, and Security Standards

  Exercise due diligence to prevent and detect safety and environmental hazards and violations

  Maintain 100% certification on required EHSS training

  Provide team members the resources necessary to fulfill their EHSS responsibilities

  Communicate expectations and enforce safety and environmental policies

  Implement preventative and corrective actions when gaps in expectations are identified

  Manage Department Performance

  Provide directions and oversight to improve operational efficiencies

  Lead and monitor key performance indicators for the department

  Develop a working relationship with other Facilities Managers and Supervisors to foster teamwork

  Promote Company, Department and Area policies and objectives; clearly communicate these policies and objectives

  Oversee the development and implementation of standards, policies and procedures

  Ensure that staffing levels are efficient and adequate to maintain the plant operations

  Direct the operation of plant support systems in a way that will minimize the effect on production

  Establish and communicate goals, expectations and direction for the department

  Monitor and Measure Team Member Performance

  Create an environment of motivation to foster team member engagement to the fullest of their potential

  Develop a succession plans within the team to include the management level

  Promote and exemplify a leader-led development culture within the department

  Advocate a performance management culture, monitoring the use of the performance management system

  Ensure that department learning and development opportunities are identified and fulfilled

  Manage Costs

  Set daring budget levels that align with site goals

  Measure and monitor costs within your department

  Promote a cost conscious culture within the sphere of influence

  Drive innovative, strategic solutions for cost reduction

  Maintain the most efficient staffing model for the organization

  Education

  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent experienceExperience / Qualifications

  +5 Years of leading/developing an operations team in the semiconductor industry or similar industry

  Experienced in building and equipment commissioning processes and procedures"

  Broad background in facility and building management.

  Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and the ability to lead and direct both internal and external resources

  Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate well with management team

  Essential that you have strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in teams, work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and make decisions with minimal guidance or counseling.
