Title: Sample Coordinator

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Coordination and assistance of all related functions within the Merchandising and Design department primarily focused, but not limited to samples (ordering, systems, tracking, and organizing), support with day-to-day merchandise tools and systems, catalog development, interdepartmental and international communication for samples, all photo-shoot duties, and meeting preparation.
Samples:
Own logistics for all North America samples
Build and maintain seasonal buy plan and distribute to vendors
Manage samples quantity coordination with cross functional teams: sales management, reps, ecommerce, marketing, and catalog
Support in keeping all sampling information updated in PLM and FC
Weekly checking of PLM sample tracking reports & responsible for ensuring on time delivery of samples with vendors and sample warehouse
Work closely communicating with vendors on sample status and relaying sample progress/updates on delays to merchandisers
Support sample integration tasks in PLM and FC
Own organizing NA & global samples in preparation for key milestone meetings
Manage rep memo. Compile all information and send out to sales force
Responsible for writing sample purchase orders to vendor
Catalog:
Communicate updates, changes and progress to the catalog team
Assist in coordination and logistics of photo-shoot planning
Photo Shoots:
Point person for all activities, duties, preparation, and logistics with photo shoots
Manage samples and setup of product shoots for catalog and ecommerce
Manage samples and assist with lifestyle photo shoots
Color Management:
Responsible for organization and ordering of color pantones each season
Responsible for global seasonal color library set up in PLM
Create seasonal color cards for the design team
Additional Duties:
Support managing assortment accuracy tasks in PLM
Assist where needed across the Merchandising and Design department
Manage assigned intern(s) each season to assist you and M&D department
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
One-year relative work experience
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Intermediate ability with Mac OS
Intermediate ability with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Advanced ability with Word, Excel, Outlook
Beginner – Intermediate ability with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
This position requires full time hours from our Costa Mesa location

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is $20.00 - $24.00. This position is hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
