　　Salesforce Solution Architect Role Summary:

　　The Salesforce Solution Architect is a full-lifecycle role that aligns customer value and outcomes throughout strategy, sales and delivery of a Salesforce solution. The architect combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with client business objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring customer success and driving significant business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering programs and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams. Mastery of the various functional capabilities across the Salesforce product set is essential.

　　All incumbents are expected to become Data Cloud certified and lead engagements with Data and AI as central themes.
