  Job Description:

  The Role

  The Senior Data Analyst, Personalized Planning & Advice (PP&A) is responsible for performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk. Your ability to work with complex data sets using multiple software applications, creative problem solving, teamwork and technical skills will help you excel at this position. The role blends expertise in data and analytics with a passion for delivering results in order to advocate for the participant and plan sponsor experiences.

  The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  Bachelor's Degree requiredExpertise with industry-leading analytics approaches and tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Tableau, Python) to analyze data for issue identification, resolution, and trendingExperience building visualizations to drive strategic business decision making, and empower teams with self-service analyticsAbility to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities allowing the team to make platform improvements and reduce operational riskAbility to triage day-to-day operational and system issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with business and technology partnersOutstanding analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities including synthesizing findings and developing practical and realistic recommendationsAbility to transform data into impactful insights allowing Operations, Product, and Technology teams to make well informed business decisionsExperience with Workplace Investing systems and platforms preferred including FPRS, WPDT, XTRAC, Plan Sponsor Webstation and FocuspointExperience in managed accounts valued Flexibility to manage multiple projects and reprioritize in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, able to take initiative and achieve strong results in an environment where collaboration is required Passionate about the strategic use of data to drive business resultsDemonstrated intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a passion for learning new skills and capabilities

  Use data to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational riskTriage, analyze, and resolve PP&A issues and service recoveriesWork with squads and production support functions to drive root cause analysis and mitigate production issuesCollaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problemsReduce overall risk for the product by recognizing areas of exposure and recommending and implementing controls to mitigate them
