Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect / Developer, who will be responsible for designing and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using technologies such as Salesforce.com and AWS. The candidate will be responsible for hands on development and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development). The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills in all stages of the software development life cycle, especially leading offshore teams. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:

The resource would work on project work in conjunction with a development team that knows the environment well. We need code reviews (best practices), architectural design reviews/recommendations, possible data-loading, and some hands-on development.

We do have a very active roadmap of enhancements groomed in Jira:

We partner with a couple of Product Organizations who are responsible for requirements, prioritization, roadmapping, meetings, etc, so those aspects of the job would beout of scope. Communication skills should be stronger with a lead of this kind.

Experience Requirements:

10-15 years of Information Technology experience.

8+ Years proven track record with end-to-end implementations with the SFDC platform (especially Sales Cloud)

Ability to contribute within design sessions and communicate design options to technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with development technologies such as Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, JavaScript, jQuery/Angular/React.

Integration experience using API technologies (Soap, Rest) and Integration/Middleware tools such as Kafka, Informatica, Tibco, etc.

Experience in implementing Integration Patterns recommended by Salesforce using appropriate technology.

SOQL (Salesforce Objects Query Language)

Experience with Test-Driven Development

Experience with front-end web UI debugging (Chrome dev console)

Experience with Release Management, Source Control, CI/CD and Deployment concepts and technologies such as Github, Jenkins, SFDC Metadata API, etc

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

Salesforce Certifications: "Advanced Administrator," "Application Architect"

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
