　　As part of a team of visual designers, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and innovative experiences. Your responsibilities include setting design direction, delivering outstanding presentations, and driving the continuous development of the design language.

　　Success in this role involves pioneering new expressions, influencing creative direction, and creating consistent and impactful experiences across the company's solutions.

　　You will help us achieve that mission in a high-impact, high-visibility role designing the next generation of our product. Therefore, this role requires a candidate with solid experience in Product Design, specifically in working within Design Language Systems on enterprise products.

　　As the professional lead of the Design Language team, you are expected to drive what is next in the evolution of our identity and expression by coaching and mentoring our visual designers (on typography, motion design, illustration, iconography) on a professional level. Also, you will partner with the Design System team, the Platform UI team, and the Experience Design leadership to evaluate, envision, and expand our identity and design language.

　　Success in this role is envisioning, delivering, and continuously pushing the future of our visual identity as a living, breathing system. You will pioneer new expressions that connect and span our family of capabilities and solutions, pushing forward possibilities. This work will set the bar for high-quality expression, influence creative direction, inform our product design language and design system, and create more consistent and cross-solution experiences at every touchpoint.

　　Your role

　　Head up the visual design strategy for our product, ensuring a cohesive visual language.

　　Guide and direct delivery of consistent, end-to-end experiences from small, signature moments to broad scales across all product offerings.

　　Work with experienced design leadership to build successful processes, methodologies, and culture for our design language development.

　　Deliver outstanding presentations, moving people toward what is next through thoughtful, inspiring content, design, and storytelling.

　　Support the UX Director for Platform in developing the team and the creative discipline, with clear goals and creating development opportunities.

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in communication design or equivalent related educational degree, along with 10+ years of proven experience in brand and identity design, design strategy, experience strategy, design thinking, and human-centered design.

　　Executive-level communication, presentation, storytelling, influence, and interpersonal skills.

　　Deep familiarity with identity and experience design in digital products and services and the ability to inject fresh ideas into a world-class experience design organization.

　　Able to balance methodological rigor with scrappiness and urgency.

　　Towering strengths in conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving.

　　Extraordinarily skilled in both written and spoken communication.

　　Experienced in the scale and implementation of design language systems.

　　An exceptional portfolio demonstrating all of the above.

　　Compensation and rewards

　　We offer a competitive salary with a minimum salary of € 75,000 gross per year based on full-time for this position. The final offer could be higher in line with qualifications and experience.
