　　Job Overview

　　As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You'll play an essential role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base. You'll work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure our clients receive the high level of service they expect from Ground Works Land Design.

　　Responsibilities

　　Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.Perform site evaluations and provide estimates to prospective clients.Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop and deliver proposals.Maintain and manage a CRM database.Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Qualifications

　　A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A self-starter who can work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.A valid driver's license is required.Compensation
