  As the Plant Manager , you will be at the helm of directing and managing all plant operations, overseeing safety, quality, production, maintenance, logistics, labor, and employee relations. This leadership position involves defining and implementing strategic plans in alignment with the North America World Area, Nuclear Business Unit, and Global Flow Controls Strategies.

  IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  Coordinates plant activities with departmental managers to achieve manufacturing objectives safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

  Responsible for resource allocation to meet local, divisional goals, emphasizing safety, product quality, and customer service.

  Establishes and monitors overall plant performance in safety, production, quality, and customer service.

  Provides leadership for the day-to-day plant operation and develops/handles manufacturing budgets and forecasts for efficient business results.

  Executes action plans for cost reduction and productivity improvements.

  Communicates plant performance and strategic plans to executive management.

  Identifies and develops future leaders.

  Builds partnerships and networks with departments, plants in various regions, and key customers.

  FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  Bachelor’s Degree in business related field, or 10+ years leadership experience in engineering, materials and/or manufacturing operations management

  Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
